You may use Storiel for personal purposes only, provided that you comply with these Terms.
Storiel and all intellectual property rights in and to Storiel are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Storiel or its underlying technology, or use Storiel for any purpose other than as expressly authorized by these Terms.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or submit for summarization using Storiel. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the content for summarization and that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
STORIEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT STORIEL WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF STORIEL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF STORIEL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR STORIEL WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR STORIEL.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Storiel, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may terminate these Terms or your access to Storiel at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Storiel and delete all copies of Storiel data in your possession.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Storiel will be brought exclusively in the United States of America, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Your continued use of Storiel following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms
